APOLLO CLASS

This is the rebuild of Kris's Apollo Class concept for the ASDB. The old temporary version can be found here. This mesh was completely rebuilt as per Kris's modified specifications. This is in contrast the other existing Apollo candidate, that being the McQuarrie design for Phase II. But there's still a good possibility that the Apollo was a larger cruiser from the Ambassador family. One of course can't be certain for sure, but I still like this ship as a plausible Ambassador variant.

A little texturing work and she starts to take shape. This has been a cool project actually, and part of me now wants to go back and rebuild my Ambassador.

This particular starship configuration has been quite prevalent in the fleet's history. If the Miranda Class is a low-tech version, and Nebula a high tech, then Apollo would be the mid-tech variation.
