CONSTITUTION CLASS

One of things I'm asked a lot is "why haven't I ever built a Constitution Class mesh?" Well the simple answer was that I never got round to it. Everybody seems to have a 'Connie mesh' somewhere in their portfolio, so it seems to be a very common ship, after all, it is the most famous Trek ship, and still my favourite. Ever the outcast, I was always more eager to build the lesser seen classes, or the more obscure semi-canon ships. But one day I did want to do a Connie, of course. Well the day came. And here it is:

The raw model, without any textures

Rather than do the obligatory 'USS Enterprise', or the 'USS Constitution', I opted for a speculative name, one from the Constitution Class list. So this is the 'USS Gagarin', named after the Soviet space pioneer (the first man in space)
