SEVASTYANOV CLASS From the late 23rd century, this old and basic model was meant to portray the Sevastyanov Class, listed in the fleet listings. It's pretty crap now, but seemed cool when I built it. It now needs redesigning and rebuilding.
This ship is meant to be 212m long

EXCELSIOR VARIANT This was originally an early study model for the Hokule'a Class, which I was building for the ASDB. This vessel is smaller than Excelsior, and although from the same design lineage may have several key design attributes of contemporary early 24th century starships like, for instance, the Ambassador Class. This ship, although looking only very basic (I haven't done anything to it for years) carries lesser arms and would be classified as a Light Cruiser hardware-wise, and mission specs range from exploration to research. Here's a few renders.
Although to the casual eye it resembles an Excelsior, there are several subtle differences. Primarily the saucer is a different shape, the secondary hull doesn't (for the time being) have an undercut section towards the rear, and the general dimensions differ quite a bit

This was nothing more than a development phase; an exercise in study whilst formulating Excelsior lineage. In the end the Hokule'a took a different direction....
