Virtually nothing is known about this elusive class, none have ever been seen by conventional vessels (remember most of these class vessels would be classified below the rank of Admiral). Seven vehicles of this class were detected in Dominion space during an at the time unknown espionage mission designated Operation Atropos. After a brief engagement with more than 20 Jem'Hadar ships, the small fleet engaged an impenetrable 'shadow cloak' and disappeared off all sensors. None were destroyed. Three of this class were reported to have aided the Klingons Empire in efforts to resist a mid-scale Borg incursion in 2373, hence enforcing and enhancing diplomatic relations. The others listed come from sporadic reports over a period of several years, though not all their current statuses are available...
