Another secret class vessel, which again, little is known about. The existence of this class was confirmed after the uncovering of a low key Tholian spying operation against the Federation in 2364. Little fuss of the incident was made, super power spying being an every day occurrence, and subsequently, there was no serious breach of security resulting from the incident. Two 'Oberon Class' Starfleet vessels were involved, (possibly under the control of Section 31).
