The Phoenix class starship was another long range cruiser used in the early days of Federation exploration, and the first to sport a disk shaped primary hull, later becoming commonly referred to as the 'saucer section'. Named after Cochrane's first prototype warp ship of the previous century, the Phoenixes would be considered basic by today's standards, along with the other dominating class of vessel used by Starfleet at this time, others being the likes of Odysseus, Cosmos, Cherokee, and Titan classes, amongst others. This was one of Starfleet's largest vessel to date, coming in at 314m. A few Phoenixes are detailed....

As this class is only of my own speculation, all specs and stats appearing here are hypothetical. The explanations about this data, such as ship designations, weapons, offensive power etc, see Spec Definitions.
