A standard 23rd century long range Freighter. More than 100 remain, even though they are mostly obsolete in regards to their field duties as newer and faster Freighters have since been commissioned. Those that are in service are either used by freshman cadets for various training exercises, or to shuttle supplies to and from Sol colonies and outposts, such as between Mars and Titan. For 1st year pilot training they have been jury-rigged accordingly, having only a maximum speed 0.75 c. Weapons systems have also been reduced to 2 'dry' phaser arrays, and 2 working Photon Torpedo launchers with a stock of 50 dummy casings.

*A ship would visit drydock for many reasons, including refits, repairs, servicing upgrades, preliminary trials and testing of new components, and spacedock for similar reasons, as well as crew rotation, reassignment, prep period before redeployment, and so forth.
As this class is only of my own speculation, all specs and stats appearing here are hypothetical. The explanations about this data, such as ship designations, weapons, offensive power etc, see Spec Definitions.
