22nd century Heavy Cruiser, from which several smaller design variants were perpetuated. Of the twelve constructed most survived to be refitted at the turn of the 24th century. The final three active ships were decommissioned in 2320, and one, the Centauri served as a training ship for some years after. The twelve are listed.
