Notice the registry oddity in my capture (middle) of the Bozeman from 'Cause and Effect'? It does appear that on screen evidence indicates that the Bozeman registry is NCC-1841, not 1941, as all canon material suggests. I've noticed this before in the episode, and the dorsal side of the saucer does display NCC 1941. But I wanted to make some screencaps here just to study it in closer detail.
My somewhat old and ropy Soyuz Class mesh from quite a time ago now. More here

Starfleet vessel from the mid to late 23rd Century. Experimental in many cases, particularly in weaponry, hull armouring and shields. It became a fair success, and was known to some as the whimsically, although technically inaccurate, 'Iron Clad Class'. Due to limited resources in construction logistics at this time, and only the partial success in the class's brand new phaser configurations only a relatively low number were built. But Soyuz was eventually heavily outnumbered by its lesser armed variant of similar design specs, Miranda Class, to perpetuate the task of exploration, a berth that was becoming no longer sustainable by the ageing, and diminishing Constitution Class. With the success of her forerunner, Miranda became a rapidly popular starship, she excelled in shields, propulsion, defence and manoeuvrability, and construction continued sporadically until the early 24th Century.

Footnote *
-The name Bozeman was heard in radio chatter in 'First Contact', and was also mentioned in 'All Good Things...' and the movie 'Generations' , but only ever appeared on screen in the 5th season TNG episode 'Cause and Effect'.
It does seem unlikely that Starfleet would employ an ancient vessel from the long decommissioned Soyuz Class unless it had been infinitely overhauled and upgraded. But I suppose if Miranda Class ships from a similar era can be still in service after upgrades then so can this time travelling Soyuz ship. The other possibility is that the Bozeman mentioned in the film is a completely different, newer ship of alternate class. With this reasoning I have 'provisionally' listed another USS Bozeman in the Ambassador listings. After all, Bateson's ship was missing for 90 years, so Starfleet would have given up on it long ago, and probably would have since commissioned at least one other vessel by the same name. Also the point that Kelsey Grammar did indeed have a brief audio cameo in that First Contact radio chatter, so for now I have assumed here that the original Soyuz Bozeman was reintegrated back into service after 'Cause and Effect'.
-'Bozeman' by the way is the home town of writer Brannon Braga, and is situated in Montana. To satisfy continuity, I've named a couple of other ships of this class after neighbouring Montana cities. This region must hold some kind of future significance to Starfleet ;)
KEY
O= Operational
OR= Operational after Refit or Repairs
DD= In Drydock for repairs or refit *
T= Training Vessel
U= Under construction prior to preliminary trials
D= Destroyed
Sc= Scrapped or Decommissioned
PD= Presumed Destroyed
M= Missing
*A ship would visit drydock for many reasons, including refits, repairs, servicing upgrades, preliminary trials and testing of new components, and spacedock for similar reasons, as well as crew rotation, reassignment, prep period before redeployment, and so forth.
The listed specifications for ship classes are partly hypothetical, but some data such as ship lengths, weapon stats and crew complements are in some cases canon. For an explanation on the specs, and what the Ship designations mean, see Spec Definitions.
